Healthy chocolate mousse

This mousse…seriously…is delicious. It is light and sweet and chocolatey but not overpowering. Love love love!


1 ripe avocado

1 ripe banana

1 tin coconut cream *

1/4 cup raw cacao

1 T Agave

1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend and refrigerate 🙂

* Be sure to get coconut cream, not milk. Coconut milk is just watered down coconut cream – and for that matter, sometimes they even call the watered down version coconut cream. Just check the coconut content – make sure it’s as close to 100% as possible. It costs a little more but there’s no point paying for water in your tin!
